We are definitely on the same wavelengt...Yum, Yum! We are definitely on the same wavelength, I made chicken mole, beans and Mexican rice for supper last night. My rice was pretty good, but hot. I used 1 can of Rotel, whizzed in the blender, 1 can of chicken broth, some cumin, cilantro, black pepper, a bit of chili powder, some Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle, some hickory smoked salt, garlic, 1 cup of rice and about 1/2 of an onion chopped up.
