I nearly forgot about the Spam Kit Giveaway that SPAM/Hormel has offered me to give away to one of my bloggy buddies!
They have been gracious enough to send a lucky someone a beautiful SPAM Trivet, Spatula and an assortment of SPAM products.
All YOU have to do is leave me a comment between now and Monday July 16th telling me what your favorite dish is using SPAM products!
I now know what mine is, a fried Bacon SPAM and Velveeta Sammy on Sourdough Bread, YUM! Tried it a few weeks ago and nearly fell out of my chair!

my favorite is either just a plain fried spam sandwich or hash brown casserole with spam chunked up in it!
I am not sure, really. I think fried with some buttered toast is the way to go.
Spam fried rice! I make it once every 2 weeks. Even my parents went back for seconds, and they "hate Spam".
My husband is a fan of spam and he loves to fry it! Love the trivet!

I don't like Spam. I ate it once in England & I didn't love the taste!!

At university we used to make 'spamgetti bolognese'. I am not sure i want to repeat the experience, but it takes me back!
I grew up on Spam. I guess the only thing I really love is a spam patty melt.
