My New Baby

Meet the new love of my life, my Digital Pressure Cooker!

I have to say it is the most used appliance in my house lately. I can make rice in 6 minutes flat, a pork roast in 90 minutes. It makes everything better and faster.

The neatest thing about an electric one (at least this one) is that it has a sear feature so you can sear your meat to get a nice crust in the same pot you cook it in.

I adore it! and highly recommend one, especially for you busy mom's out there!

I confess - I've never used a pressure cooker.

LOL, you finally got one!!! Didn't I tell you how fab they are??? It's like a slow cooker microwave. Lookin' forward to seeing what you whip up in your kitchen. Have fun!

I am terrified of slow cookers ... I just know I'd be one of the people who'd explode our dinner all over the kitchen ... lol! I'm gonna be watching you REAL close ... hehehe

I will refrain from arguing with you about this being the most used 'appliance' in your home right now.. hmm and it is electric..

Sounds like a fantastic item to have. now I want one.

I've always had a bit of a downer on pressure cookers ever since one exploded on me. It sounded (and looked) like a bomb had gone off in the kitchen.

With that, I'll say enjoy your new gadget. :-)

I kinda want one, but am still scared. Can you believe I am just now trying to catch up on blogs? I think the baby is about to start up again, so yours may be the only one I get to read!
